As far as I'm concerned, waiting to lose your virginity--or just not having the right person around to lose it to until later--there's nothing wrong with that at all. I mean, shit, not everybody is me; I lost mine at 16 when I seduced the man I considered my father--yeah, I know, AWKWARD, but at least we weren't related or anything. And now, around 25 years later (you read right, I'm older than I look) I can count the number of really good relationships I've had past that one on one hand...for me, sex without love is fun but not like "WOOHOO!" fun; which is why I'm not big on the casual stuff.

It wasn't so much that I was waiting. It was more that I didn't really have a choice. I mean, you saw what I was like when I first showed up. I... didn't really get too many people wanting to hop in bed with me because, you know. Bitch on wheels. I used to be WORSE, if you believe it. Heh. Snarly.

But now I'm actually making and keeping friends for the first time ever, and it's giving me a reason to keep the snark in check. Not a LOT in check, but better than I was. Heh.

Casual stuff... yeah. Not so much with that, either.
