He's in the Nexus asking about for volunteers to help him end a world. Although it doesn't sound like any world in particular. This doesn't sound like the typical "MWHAHAHAHAHAH GIVE ME FIFTY BAJILLION DOLLARS OR YOUR PRECIOUS PLANET GETS IT IN THE MOLTEN CORE" kind of world ender.

It almost sound religious or something.

From what the gentleman with the . . . faces says, I suspect the world Isamu comes from is richly distorted in many ways, and he is but a teenager. No doubt he will cry wolf as many times and in as many ways as he can dream of before he finally learns his lesson.

Best to ignore him completely until we have solid evidence of a threat.

Whether this stems from a roiling maelstrom of adolescent hormones, or a true capacity for destruction . . . yes, we will have to maintain a certain amount of surveillance. That will be easy enough with the sheer number of eyes and ears in the Nexus.
