He's in the Nexus asking about for volunteers to help him end a world. Although it doesn't sound like any world in particular. This doesn't sound like the typical "MWHAHAHAHAHAH GIVE ME FIFTY BAJILLION DOLLARS OR YOUR PRECIOUS PLANET GETS IT IN THE MOLTEN CORE" kind of world ender.

It almost sound religious or something.

Y...es. Those are indeed faces. I-...um, I don't know, but he's the best we've got in the ways of knowing what this is all about. He knows an awful lot. It's probably best just not to question that. About the, you know, faces and such. I don't know what his story is, aside from being from this Vortex World.

Which is a dreadful place, mind. I-...Did I ever tell you I've been there? It's...depressing. It's like what I imagine the Ganado world looks like to you. Falling apart and such, but instead of Ganados going about their business, it's all demons trying to destroy one another. I'm guessing it's just not a very pleasant place and you need to do some unpleasant things to survive.
